I have a question about plugin installation. I have implemented a Notes feature which is used to do recommendation. The situation is like this: for some Notes clients(8.5.1), my plugin can be installed well； for some Notes client(8.5.1 which is the same version as works well ones, more specially 8.5.1 SHF29), the Notes client can not be restarted well when try to install this plugin. For the Notes client which can not be installed my plugin well, the problem is reproducible always. The detail is that firstly I configure my plugin in widget configuration window in Notes client; then Notes ask for restart; click to restart, and enter the password in Notes window; at last the progress bar finished while nlnotes.exe and note2.exe are still in task manager, but the Notes Client does not start even waiting for 20 mins.

What I have tried is that I have confirm the "Require-Bundle" in manifest file that the Notes client with installation problem has all the bundle packages. Also, I have deployed eclipse environment in the machine with installation problem that the plugin view can be launched from eclipse well.

Any suggestion or experience for this problem? Why Notes can not restart well for the plugin installation? How can I fix this? Thank you very much!
